The 2nd annual Istvan Memorial Scholarship Ceremony is upon us! The ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 29th, 2018, at 3:30 pm at the Chapter House (316 Congress St, Troy, NY). Members of Istvan’s family, friends of Istvan, all active brothers, and the Phi Sigma Kappa Alumni Association will be in attendance. Mark your calendars!
